Based on manufacturing approval pursuant to § 13 of the Drug Registration and Administration Act (AMG), we sell selected, well-documented active ingredients and excipients of European and Asian origin. We are supported in this by an API sourcing team in our offices in Shanghai/China.

Azelis-Chemikaliengroßhandlung Eva Dilg focuses primarily in the Chemical Industries sector. We deliver in bulk – either in solid or liquid form – to large-scale industrial facilities and also supply high-quality fine chemicals.

Azelis-Thorson Chemical has distributed chemical raw materials and specialties of international manufacturers for more than 30 years. Activities are concentrated within the Chemical Industries sector with special focus on Synthesis and Fine Chemicals and Coatings.

This new company was founded in April 2010 combining S. Black GmbH and Kraemer and Martin GmbH Cosmetics Division to form one leading edge company servicing the needs of the Personal Care sector in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Our priority is local customer service and principal focus, whilst maximising opportunities across group synergies, logistics and management systems.

Azelis-Heinz Schlegel AG and Azelis-Meister AG
Azelis-Heinz Schlegel AG and Azelis-Meister AG based in Moehlin, near Basel, Switzerland are both wholly owned subsiduaries of Azelis Alpine SA and offer distribution capabilities to the highly sophisticated Swiss and Austrian markets. The two companies serve a number of our core industry sectors, including personal care, chemical industries, plastics and rubber. Their operations have ISO and ESAD certification.

Azelis Austria GmbH a subsidiary of Azelis Alpine SA is the local player of the Azelis Group in Austria. With offices and own warehouses in Leopoldsdorf near Vienna it has easy access to main routes.

Founded in November 2008 as a result of the purchase of the distribution assets of Weinzierl GmbH by Azelis SA, the company is successfully established in the market since its beginnings. Its main business focus is on Personal Care and Coatings.
